These luxury hotel condos located minutes from the Strip on W. Flamingo Road are available from $155k. 

 

Condos are available for Sale in two different style options, Deluxe (pictured in the photo and tour above) or Premium.

 

The difference between deluxe and premium is the following: deluxe is the original design, but Palms Place Seller will refresh the residence to include new carpet, sealed wood flooring, new pillows and touch up areas that have wear and tear from being in the rental program. 

Premium is a fully renovated residence to include new furniture, fixtures, electronics, drapes, etc. They will typically rent for $20-40/night more depending on the sq. ft. 

 

One Bedrooms are available on the corners of the Tower and are 1220 square feet.  Hoa dues are about $600 pm for the studios and double for the 1 bedrooms.  Unlike the other Las Vegas Hotel Condos, electricity is included at Palms Place Condos as part of the HOA dues.
